About Soul Eminence Center
I was 'the bad one.' Now I help you prove you never were.
Assess. Execute. Thrive.
I was six when I was labeled "the bad one"—blamed for a fire I didn't start. That label followed me for 40 years until I learned to pinpoint the behavior, not the person. Soul Eminence Center is the place I built so you don't have to wait that long.
You are not the problem—the system around you is. With hard work and perseverance, we meet each person right where they are in the present moment. The same behavioral science works at three levels—individuals, schools, and organizations—each reaching more people with the same hours.

From the mission to the person behind it
Meet the President
The science of Assess. Execute. Thrive. — lived, then taught.

Who Am I?
Olivia L. Brewer, M.S., MBA
President, Soul Eminence Center
You are not the problem. I know, because I was called "the bad one" for 40 years. At six, I was blamed for a fire I didn't start. But the flame that was meant to burn me became the furnace that refined my authority. Now, I rebuild the systems that try to break you. My journey for self led me to Applied Behavior Analysis, where I learned to pinpoint the behavior, not the person: the unclear expectations, missing feedback, and broken consequences behind every "bad one" an organization keeps paying for.
Today, Olivia empowers children and adults with behavior skill deficits to master the three core pillars of functional independence: Functional Communication Training (FCT), Adaptive Daily Living Skills, and Emotional Regulation. Through the Soul Eminence Center and her ongoing BCBA track, she provides the precise behavioral interventions needed to build self-sufficiency and transform lives.
Her work starts with the individual—she knows what it takes to build communication, daily living, and regulation skills one person at a time—which is why the systems she designs for schools and organizations actually work on the ground.
Behavioral science plus an MBA: she diagnoses what drives behavior and translates it into cost, risk, and return on investment for leadership.

Our Differentiator
Few people can do all four: build the skill in the individual, train the staff who deliver it, fix the system around it, and show leadership the return on investment. Olivia does all four.
